2. Services

We provide locksmith and security services as described on our website, including emergency lockouts, lock replacement, key cutting, and security installations. All services are subject to availability. A fixed-price estimate is provided before work begins and must be approved by the customer.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Non-emergency services can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. Emergency lockout calls are handled on a first-come, first-served basis with no appointment needed. For scheduled installations, we request at least 12 hours notice for cancellations.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are subject to change. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

5. Warranty

All lock installations and key services are covered by a 12-month warranty on both parts and labour. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, forced entry attempts, or unauthorised modifications. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure quality workmanship, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to doors or frames, normal wear and tear, or security issues unrelated to the service performed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of MasterKey Çilingir and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
